IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE TICKETS ON-SITE?
Yes, you can pay by card or cash. You can also use the sales point directly in the Letňany shopping center in front of the hypermarket cash desks. The cash desks are open from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
DO YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR OTHER ATTRACTIONS IN THE PARK?
In the park, all entrances to outdoor attractions are included in the ticket price. There is a charge for indoor attractions and virtual reality in the big tent.
CAN I GO TO THE PARK WITH A STROLLER OR WHEELCHAIR?
Yes, the park is wheelchair accessible. You can enter the park with a stroller or in a wheelchair.
WHAT IS THE AREA OF THE PARK?
It is a vast space of more than 30,000 square meters.
IS IT PERMITTED TO TAKE PHOTOS AND FILM IN WONDERLAND?
Taking photos and filming in the park is permitted. There are several attractive photo corners waiting for you. We kindly ask you to take photos from Wonderland
on social networks they tagged @ wonderlandpraha or with the hashtag #wonderlandpraha .
DO YOU ACCEPT BENEFIT CARDS?
We only accept credit cards or cash for on-site ticket sales. Online sales are through official retailers Goout and Ticketportal .
With these sellers, it is also possible to use payment through their contractual benefit partners.
HOW IS THE PARKING IN THE AREA?
Parking is FREE at the Letňany shopping center, which offers 3,200 covered spaces.

To reach the entrance gate, use the upper TESCO parking lot.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR AND VIP TICKETS?
The VIP FAST TRACK ticket includes entry at any time, you determine the day and time you arrive, priority entry to the Park and all attractions, entry to the decorated heated VIP
and access to private toilets.
HOW DO I GET TO WONDERLAND?
The entrance gate is in front of the entrance to the Letňany shopping center from Tupolevova Street.
You can get there in the following ways:
Public transport : - by metro to Letňany station and from there by bus 136, 140 or 110 to the Tupolevova stop.
By car : Parking is free throughout the shopping center. We recommend using the upper TESCO parking lot and walking through the shopping center past the hypermarket, turn right towards BUS Tupolevova.
WHAT IS THE PARK CAPACITY?
The park's size allows it to accommodate up to 2,500 people at a given time. The number of visitors is regulated according to the park's occupancy.
ARE THERE TOILETRIES ON THE AREA?
Yes, there are enough toilets on site for all visitors. In addition, heated toilets are available for visitors with VIP tickets.
ARE DOGS ALLOWED INTO THE AREA?
Dogs are allowed.
The dog must be on a leash and have a muzzle.
ARE THERE REFRESHMENTS IN THE PARK AREA?
